Novigrad Pool Apartment Insights 2026

  • Prioritize new-build complexes like Aminess Maravea Resort or private villa rentals. True "apartments with pools" are less common within the old town itself.
  • Check listings on Booking.com and Airbnb rigorously. Filter by "pool" and verify photos and descriptions carefully.
  • Pools are almost exclusively seasonal, operating June through September. Confirm exact opening and closing dates.
  • The marketing often makes these apartment pools look larger and more private than they actually are. Manage expectations.
  • Consider apartment blocks within larger resort areas; some grant access to central hotel or complex pool facilities.
